Oakley House has been in the ownership of the Catholic Church Insurance Association Services Ltd for over ten years and comprises approximately 1,820 sq ft of office space with 3/6 on-site car spaces.  The building has been sold for £409,250 to a local investor whose intention is to create office lettings over the next few months.

The building was marketed by Ben Coleman Associates jointly with Chandler Garvey.  The property attracted strong interest and went to best offers - there were six bids ranging from £350,000 to £409,000'.
