Ben Coleman Associates, acting on behalf of Zurich Assurance Ltd have recently let suite 501 Sol House, St Katherine’s Street, Northampton to Amethyst Learndirect.

Comprising approximately 1,752 sq ft the offices were acquired by Amethyst Learndirect at an undisclosed rental in support of their growing business.

Amethyst formed in 1983, offers training via Learndirect primarily to job seekers. They already have Training Centres in Coalville, Leicester and Nottingham. Jez Stretton commented that they had been asked by their funding providers to open a new Training Centre in Northampton to service the need of unemployed people in the town, to provide them with job ready skills and qualifications in areas such as warehouse and distribution, catering, care, construction, office work and administration. In addition Amethyst Learndirect provides help to anyone looking to improve their English, maths and IT. Sol House was selected because of its central location and high specification and we look forward to a long and successful association with the premises and the town.

Ben Coleman Associates are retained by the Landlord in respect of Sol House and are currently marketing a suite of 1,510 sq ft.
